RDR Property Maintenance & Dumpster Rental made a messy project simple. I needed a roll-off dumpster in the Ocala area and wanted a local company, not a national call center. Ryan and the team were easy to reach, quoted a fair price up front, and explained the rental period and weight allowance with no runaround.
Delivery was fast and they placed the dumpster exactly where I needed it. Pickup was just as straightforward. The process felt personal, the communication was clear, and I never got hit with surprise fees. They also handle junk removal, cleanouts, and demolition if you need more than a dumpster.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RDR Property Maintenance & Dumpster Rental!!!! I called RDR needing a very large dumpster for my little brother's property clean up in Ocala, FL.  RDR was very quick and friendly, very good prices, and extremely helpful when I needed a discount on a second dumpster! Drop off and pick up super quick and easy and hassle free, these ppl do not waste your time or theirs. Without the help from them, it would've taken my brother months of weekends off to clean up that property! But with help from RDR and their dumpster rental, it will be done in just a week or so.
